    Solution designed following a request for a motor with integrated electronics able to operate in harsh environments at an operating temperature of -32°C.

    The motor is also equipped with a permanent magnet brake and an absolute multi-turn encoder.

    The engine is connected to complex kinematics to achieve the desired final movement.

  • Slip Rings for Wind Turbines

    Slip rings for wind turbines, designed for installation between the tower and the nacelle.

    The need for compact size and easy installation was met by fitting specific connectors.

    Solution designed to meet the need for an extremely low backlash motor + gearbox assembly for drive directly on the vertical shaft with no intervening gearing.

    Dimensions are further reduced by a 90° configuration with two cascade-mounted gearboxes.

      Solution designed to meet the need to carry electrical signals and power from a fixed base to a continually rotating antenna. The customer also needed to be able to read the antenna's position. Servotecnica offered a combined system of Slip Ring + Zettlex Inductive Encoder, resistant to shocks, vibrations and severe environments.
